On the right track
Been busy the past couple of days with house work, planning healthy foods, light working out due to a bad back and too much pressure on it. Now tending to a kid with an upset stomach. Even with just very little exercising I have managed to lose 4 pounds and 4 ounces in 9 days. Others would say that's not a lot, but for me, it's a major accomplishment and I am proud of myself. No place to go from here except for down.. that's meant a positive way!! Down in pounds. Come escape the weight with Kelly!! Have a good day

Time to get my workout on. My goal for today, 150 reps on my ab coaster and 20 reps per arm with my weights. Will post how far I get..

Not completely out of the woods from being sick, but I am feeling better.. so for today, I have my workout mixes and my yoga mixes created to listen to and I'm going to get my calendar set up to where I can log all my exercises and weigh ins. Also getting my weight and measurements done today. Everything will be posted tomorrow. And hopefully I'll be 100% better so I can get this thing kick started! !

Today I'm still sick. Been sick since December 23rd. Can't seem to kick it. May not be able to get up and kill it today with a hardcore workout, but I can at least try to get my very mini home gym together today and hope I wake up tomorrow feeling better.. I want this to be the year that I take my life back....
